Modern slavery statement
Last reviewed: May 2026
Our commitment
iVB Boxing, iVisit Boxing, has zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in every relationship we hold, and to doing what is reasonably within our power to ensure that the events we produce, the goods we procure, and the contractors we engage are free from exploitation.
About iVB Boxing
iVB Boxing is the live-events arm of iVisit Media. We promote world championship boxing in iconic cities, beginning with the San Francisco World Championship Boxing Card at Civic Center Plaza on July 11, 2026. Our work runs across event production, broadcast, ticketing, hospitality, communications, and partnerships.
Where the risks sit
We have considered where the risk of modern slavery is highest within our operations and have identified the following areas as our priority for diligence:
- Event-day labour. Stewards, security, build/strike crews, hospitality staff, and runners, engaged either directly or through accredited agencies.
- Production supply chain. Staging, lighting, AV, broadcast, signage, and venue dressing, sourced from established production partners.
- Merchandise and apparel. Branded apparel and event merchandise, where the supply chain reaches further upstream and is more opaque.
- Hospitality. Catering and food-and-beverage providers for VIP and general hospitality.
What we do about it
Our approach is to engage with reputable, established partners whose policies on labour and ethics are visible and verifiable. Specifically:
- We require key suppliers and agency partners to confirm compliance with applicable labour and anti-slavery laws as a condition of engagement.
- We favour suppliers who can produce policies, audits, or third-party certifications evidencing the same.
- We expect our contractors to extend the same standards down to their own subcontractors.
- We treat any credible concern raised about labour practices in our supply chain as a serious matter and investigate it accordingly.
Training and awareness
The iVB Boxing team is briefed on the basics of how modern slavery and human trafficking can present in event-day operations and supply chains, and on what to do if a concern is raised. Awareness is built into how we onboard production partners and hospitality vendors.
Reporting a concern
If you have a concern about modern slavery or human trafficking in connection with iVB Boxing or any of our suppliers or contractors, please contact us at hello@ivb.co. Reports will be treated seriously, in confidence, and without retaliation.
Review
We review this statement at least annually and update it as our business and supply chain evolve. The “Last reviewed” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
